Rana Daggubati gets nastier and more powerful with his fierce Bhallala Deva’s look!
Rana is all geared up for his upcoming magnum-opus Baahubali 2. According to reports the actor has undergone rigorous training for the past five months. He has been working out for two and half hours every day, undergoing weight training and cardio.
Reportedly, only few days lest for his shoot and he leaves no stone unturned.
The older Bhallala is stronger and more beefy so I weighed around 108 110 kg for those portions of both the films while his younger version is strong too but leaner so I lost a few kilos for that. My weight has dropped to 92-93 kgs.
He has been high on carbs and protein minus any oil. His diet regime has been supervised and he was instructed to eat every two and a half hours!
