Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra starrer Krrish has completed 10 years at the Box Office and was the trendsetter for super hero movies in the history of Hindi Cinema. With action-packed sequences, romance and drama, Krrish was the complete blockbuster package.

Amrita Rao and Aishwarya Rai were the first choice for the role of Priya (Priyanka Chopra).
Initially, the film was titled as “Koi…Tumsa Nahin.”
The maker of the film Rakesh Roshan had registered the title “Kaisa Jaadu Kiya” which was going to be the original name of the movie.
For his iconic role of Krrish, Hrithik Roshan underwent special training in Hong Kong for the ‘extra-ordinary jump’ he made in the film.
The makers hired a reputed Indian special effects firm, Prasad EFX to work on the VFX. A team comprising nearly 100 experts were assigned to work on ‘Krrish’ for this magnum opus.
In the first place, Rajpal Yadav was loomed for Hemant Pandey’s (Bahadur, local tourist guide and friend of Krishna) role.
‘Krrish’ boasted of few death challenging stunts and action sequences. While shooting for one of those action scenes Hrithik met with a “massive accident”, when one of the wires attached/tied to him broke.
During a stunt scene on the circus set, Hrithik Roshan suffered a hamstring tear in his right leg. He burned his hair while performing a fire sequence in the same action scene.
The featured song “Main Hoon Voh Aasman” is inspired by title score from the game The Dig composed by Michael Land and Richard Wagner.
Hrithik Roshan received a 45 days extensive martial arts training for this movie under the training of Siu-Tung Ching.
